Its impossible to use a EU VISA outside the CIS countries when using LiqPay, Only MasterCard accepted from Western-Europe customer (Which no one has any more as it's rubbish and you can nearly not use it for anything thoose days).

I wasn't able to find any place where I could by prepaid WMZ for Webmony (They all ended in LiqPay Visa for CIS countries payment gateway...Maby there is a way but I gave up after 2 hours).

It looks like all us from The most of the Western-Europe has to find another place, as it's impossible to deposit ?

not cheap with a surcharge of 20% but at least I have already used the service several times (if direct debit directly from webmoney.ru is not possible, or not available for your country): http://exwp.com/req/pw_en.html - and be aware, that it taks 4 or 5 days
at least from Germany much cheaper is paing by direkt debit http://bank.exwp.org/req/ew_en.html - only 7% surcharge, takes 2-3 days after you transferred the money from your bank account

I have looked at the exchange services, but I coulden't figure out howto, and gave up, aleso as all of them wanted passport number eg.
As you wrote mate (jogi) It takes a couple of days.... Not nice when the account runs out at the new year 31.12.2012 in the night

But why does It have to by a nightmare like now ?? It worked perfectly....but now it sound like a quite expensive, complicated, uncomfortable, and long lasting process...

but you already have a webmoney.ru-account for your WMZs/WMEs ?
for me it looks like there is no problem to transfer money from a Denmark bank account to Webmoney, even WMZs directly is allowed (check the charges, perhaps better to transfer yourself later from WME to WMZ purse), see https://top-up.webmoney.ru/?c=58


if you are able to use direct wire transfer the money is available on instant and can be transferred to your cs-account directly

BTW: what is the problem with your passport id ?
we are talking about serious money transfer, so what is the problem with that ID number ??
and if this server/service gets detected anyway, it will for sure not be your passport id that makes the police ring at your door :-))

IT says that  "Top-up via selected payment system is inaccessable for alias passport type holders". witch means that have to get verified / personal passport, witch also means that I have to send copies of my passport or other id-card.........

I think I move to another operator, there are several, and they accept common payment methods(paypal, visa, google checkout), they are a little more expensive, but calculating the time I have spent now without success, I have no problem to pay a couple of $ more /month for peace in my soul

what about western union ? - is that possible ?. It is a shame there is no "easy" way. I am not willing to send picture of creditcard, passport etc to somekind of unknown spraypay or what they are named.

I am getting nuts! - Than It is linked to liqpay that does not accept my visa card. It is someway possible of paying without liqspray, webmoney, pryspray or what they are calling because it does not accept western europe visa cards.

you could use Webmoney and the option to top up your purse via Paypal by Webmoney to Paypal service, http://exwp.org/ but will take 4-5 days (already described in the thread for successfull payments)

which value makes problems ?

your purse WMZ = the number starting with the letter z you see when you open your WMZ purse after login on webmoney.ru

your Paypal account = the emailaddress you have registered for Paypal/your Paypal login name

First and 2nd name = first- and surename - as you have spelled it within Webmoney /see option passport from the top menu after logging in to Webmoney

on webmoney-page you register an account + create a WMZ purse *g*
and than you send money via exwp from Paypal to your WMZ puse - will take about 4 days if I remember correct
and after your Paypal-money has arrived via ExchangeWebmoney2Paypal-service in your webmoney wmz-puse you can create an invoice for webmoney from yout cardsharing billing account (at least 2-3 $ less than the amount of $ in your wmz-purse because of the charges)
