I went onto my account 2 days ago to do a simple renewal, which i have done a number of time without problem.
I consider myself reasonably internet savvy, but it has taken two and a half days of pulling my hair out to get payment made.
It would have been nice to have recieved a guidance note with the renewal reminder. Instead you have to fight through the mass of complaints and try to extract fact from fiction.
I had to register my credit card on
www.liqpay.com and provide the details necessary to complete registration. I then tried to use OnPay.ru to make payment which after about a dozen attempts failed completely. I went back today and tried Interkassa using Liqpay and it worked first time. Since they both use Liqpay i can't understand why one should work and one not.
Now that this is set up and has worked, i hope it will be easier to do next time.
Suma, there has to be some clearer instruction for customers, because at the moment it is definately a Nightmare to get setup if you don't know beforehand what exactly to do. I got there eventually, as far as i can see many are having difficulties.
