Cannot enter "entrance"

Hi im trying to get to the billing system however when i click "enter" on the front page

all i get is a username/password popup that wont accept my forum username and password these are only numbers and characters

user name should be vespa, password (what i log into forum with)?

Any help appreciated, i was just sucessful in the free test and want to pay for your services.

Before entering billing system, you need to register there. Have you registered in the billing?

I think it is all sorted now. I have used onpay to pay just realised account not activatated until 6am moscow time. I will post update tomorrow. thanks
