Ip Banned

Hi,

I was trying to set up a motorised satellite dish and may have tried to access channels from other suppliers than the ones under my subscription. I have renewed my subscription. Could you take my IP out of the ban list?

Also, I would like to know if the VIP Astra includes the polish package Cyfra+ because in the price list says as follow:

         VIP Astra   10.00$    19E Sky Deutschland(HD), HD Plus (Deutschland), ORF, Canaal Digitaal, TV Vlaanderen, MTV + Technisat, Digital+ HD (Digital+ без гарантии, бонус) Cyfra

So, does this Cyfra at the end means that Cyfra+ is included in the package?

Hi,
1. How do you know that your IP was banned? Have you received any messages from the server?
2. Yes, Cyfra means Cyfra+ (probably, Moderator forgot to add + at the end). But Cyfra+ has never been included to Vip Astra. It was added by mistake, sorry.

When I log on, I saw that my IP was banned. After 2 hours, the banned was lifted and now I can see the channels ok. I was trying to access an old port that was configured on my set-up box. Once, I changed the channel everything fine. Then, what is the most economical option if I want to have the following subscriptions? :

Digital+
Cyfra+

What do you mean by OLD PORT? If your old port does not match with the new one, delete it and restart emulator

What do you mean by MOST ECONOMICAL option? Financially?
In terms of finance, you have to buy 2 different subscriptions - for Digital+ and for Cyfra+, as they are referred to different satellites. Here, neither Vip Astra, nor Vip-Hotbird will help. Only separate subscription.
In terms of economy (financial), the longer is your subscription period, the cheaper it is. Look at drop down menue of the billing (Buy package(s) and you will see that 6 or 12 month subscription is cheaper as compared to the one if you buy monthly subscriptions.
