Liqpay a questionable payment system?

Hi,
I tried to set up an account with Liqpay. As part of their website they have the 'reliability' seals of GoDaddy Secure Website and Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. When I click on the 'reliability' seals, they are just images and not real security seals with a link to the verification Website!   
When I asked  liqpay (in the livechat) about why the seal links are broken, they said that the links are currently inactive (after initially boasting that all their transactions are verified by these 2 strong and reputable security seals)?!  I am sorry but I am not going to trust such a Website with my financial details. I will wait for Paypal to come back into the payment options.

Sorry, but we don't use Liqpay in our payment system, there are other alternative methods. Read re: Interkassa, etc.

When you select the first option of Interkassa "World Visa Master" it takes you to the liqpay Website. This has even been demonstrated in your own screenshots in  http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=29703.0 ?!

We don't care where it takes you, however, we work with Interkassa or Onpay.ru and 2 new foreign payment systems (one of them being PayPal analogue). Other thing, that Interkassa cooperates with Liqpay, but we cooperate with Interkassa and if you follow their requirements, everything is OK.
