basically there is no reason that using Softcam-keys for another (cable) provider interfere with cs for satellite based encryptions. At least I assume the providers have different caids.

At least Oscam (with softcam-key emulator patch) should be able to handle this demands (I am not familiar with Cccam emulator).
No providers named (the name does not matter, important that both systems (cs for satellite and softkeys for cable) are running on different caid's or at least identifiers.

One basic guess might be using oscam.services to split channels on caid + srvid level for cable (softcam-key) decoding and another services-group created for a cs-connection reader. That should send the requests of the tuned in tv-channel to the correct "reader" if you connect the reader to the right services.
