Hello, I bought Vip HotBird package with SKY IT, I know there is no solution for HD channels, but the SD channels work bad, there are continuous blocks.
Also with my Jeppsen receiver the N lines don't work with "not supported message". Maybe the frequency of the channels was changed and I must upgrade my channel list?

I haven't read the news, but "the package is removed from the billing" it's not true, the package was also included in VIP Hotbird and I bought it in 19.11.2013. The news was wrote in 27.11.2013.
I used it only for 6 days and I want be refund.

The package was in the test mode and due to the problems (to say more accurately- due to innovations introduced by the provider), it was removed from the billing. As it was in test mode, we can remove or add it any time without notification.

I think, Moderator will refuse to refund you, because the packages which are not guaranteed and coming as a free bonus to ANY VIP package cannot be the ground for refund.
