Missing channels on CanalSat

Hello,

I hope I post in the good section but it's hard for me to read russian
I suscribed for a try the CanalSat bouquet.
My protocol is Mgcam 1.37
My decoder is DM800HD PVR - Image EDG Nemesis

Some chanels of the CanalSat bouquet don't work : Ma Chaine Sport, Eurosport2, Eurosport HD, ESPN Classic, 13eme rue HD, Ushuaia TV HD and some others.

Should I suscribe the VIP Astra bouquet or is ther an other issue to receive all the channels of CanalSat bouquet ?

Hello,
1. We do not offer HD channels within CanalSat France (in the billing, if we offer, you will see CanalSat + HD);
2. We do not offer the 3rd party channels too. These are channels broadcasted by providers other than CanalSat. A lot of providers rent transponders from CanalSat and are offerred for additional payment.

if they are not included in CanalSat, why do you think they have to be included in VIP Astra?

I know that it's included, but my question was considering the fact that separately it doesn't work anymore! I just need CanalSat, and i'm not against to pay the VIP subscription just to have it, but only if it's worth doing it !!!

Currently, CanalSat cannot be guaranteed, that's why we do not sell it separately.

I bought the Full Vip astra just to watch Canalsat, it worked for few days and it is off again for 8 days or more now...doesn't worth it.
But fair to the mods, they have warned me that it was on try with Vip only...

Hi,
If you saw in the billing, there is no separate subscription for CanalSat fr. It means that the package is without 100% guarantee, and it is available when it is available. We cannot support this package for full and therefore, don't guarantee it.
