free test mgcamd from your website is NOT working on my box!!

here is the copy of the line below, is it faulty or not as i was trying to use your mgcamd test line first before buying the yearly subscription, my box is an openbox s6000hd but comes up as vusolo and also work on DCC dreambox ftp platform, HELP!!!
