Sky HD do not work! Opticum 9600

Hello,
i have a problem with Sky HD.
The Sky tv chanels in HD do not work!
Hd+ Deutschland and Sky SD are working

My receiver is a Opticum 9600 Prima HD
protocol: newcamd

I hope one of you can help me...

perhaps check your configuration if you have configured a so called beta-tunnel to transfer ECMs from caid 1833 to 1702 as it is usual for many cs-servers.
But here the Nagravision Sky cards are shared directly with caid 1833 for both SD and HD channels

if not: used emulator ? logfile ??
