Webmoney - service problem, money went missing

I was using web money for a while but last payment did not work . My money left my barclays account and I did not get any $ on my web money account, I contact web money support but no answer whatsoever . I lost £45.18 its over 70$ , aboybody had the same problem ? I was using webmoney service for a long time ,and never had any problems but now I need to pay for subscripition and I have  a problem - HELP me

Hello, you need to creare a ticket to WM support and explain them in a written form. Don't wait for immediate answer from them, typically, they answer within 24 hours.

Hi Suma , Yes I contacted through the email but also like you have said created a ticket on 29/08/14 before midnight. SO far no answer , but my money were posted on 26/08/14 and still no there. One of my subscriptions expires tomorrow .

Create one more ticket and send them, keep sending the tickets until you get a response from them. We cannot affect WM, it's out of our competence. You have to "strugle" with them by yourself, as you are their client.

Thanks very much for reply, That will do - hopefully they respond to my case during the week. Best regards, now I need to find alternative payment method with similar charges and exchanging rate- any suggestions what could be good for sending money from barclays? Best regards.

O heaven - my  purse was filled-up today! I keep  opening new topics as you advised and got a few responses  from different departments with info. I check account and Voila Money are IN. Tnx again Suma - great service like always. Case closed.
