Hi suma thank you ,the problem it with robokassa i have to pay with onpay ,i pay yesterday 57usd by robokassa and her confirmed payment but I can not see a money on my system (balance) with on pay its everything ok

You have to contact Robokassa support. We are not responsible for money transfer from your card to your balance, ask Robokassa why your money is still there.
