(1/3) > >>

kuliboni:
Hello, I'm a newcomer and I need to advise, I set everything up as instructed, yesterday 5.12.2017 OK OK today all the time downtime, I just entered the main server backup I switched off for about 10 minutes OK, then again downtime / server disconnected / reset the router even the tuner for 10 min OK and then the outages again can someone advise me in advance thanks to the internet / optica router HUAWEI /

Jogi:
that sounds like you have been banned for misuse.
If you log in to billing page (cs-website to configure your subscription) and click on "Connection history": do you find any information about rule violation in a box ?
Don't know the reason, but "Oscam-emulator and CCcam-protocol" are no friends on this cs-server *g* (means: use Newcamd protocol with Oscam)
so what receiver, emulator and protocol do you use ? do you have a log from your emulator ??

kuliboni:
hello to use Newcamd with Oscam, the ABCryptobox 650hd tuner in the connection hypothesis that the server has not broken the rules!, reset the router and ok ok but then? i do not know what is the emulator, should I download some softver to the tuner? Thank you for your response

Jogi:
to be honest, I do not understand anything except that it is OK for some minutes if you reset the router - and thats what sounds like rule violation. Resetting router = reconnecting to the internet = new IP-address (for most internet connections, if you do not have a static IP). If your IP address was blocked because of rule violation the server connection is possible again. But very likely/obvious that without any change on your receiver the problem will come up again and your new IP adress gets also blocked.

I don't understand anything from your first sentence: the tuner of the box is not the problem - expecting that you have good satellite reception (poor reception might also lead to problem with the cs-server). You did not mention which satellite and which pay tv package you try to decode. However on that unknown satellite there are some FTA channels > you can watch them without problems ?

Emulator is the software part you need to install and configure for cardsharing. I do not expect that your receiver has that kind of software installed by manufacturer as cardsharing is illegal in most countries.
Sometimes on some receivers you should switch the whole operating system (but don't start with this *g* I don't know your receiver and what operating system (Enigma/E2 ?) is installed.
I only mentioned Oscam because its a very frequent error by many users. Using original Mgcamd- or CCcam-emulator does not make problems for most users - but I do not know what you are using, thats why I asked ! (no answer to the question yet)

Protocol is the way you connect to the server. This cs-server offers Newcamd-protocol and CCcam-protocol. What do you use ?

The server has for sure not broken the rules *g* However, have you checked in the billing center > connection history if there is a note about YOU are breaking the rules (what might end in blocked ip-address and disconnection until you reset your router and get a new IP address) ? blocked ip addresses will also be released after some time, so disconnecting your receiver from the internet for some time should also reconnect your receiver without resetting the router and using the existing ip address. Also no answer to this question, but "...hypothesis that the server has not broken the rules!" does not sounds like you have take a look in the connection history as suggested.
Rule violation (if any) is a serious problem. Your cs-account might be closed by admin (depending on the rule you have broken perhaps forever).
