Sky It doesn't work

I have a couple problems with Sky It and sharing server.

1. periodically receiver is banned with the reason: using invalid password
    if I login to billing it says that receiver was banned due to: connecting to server without subscription.

if I turn of connection to Sky It port and turn it on after ban period, it works as if nothing happened.

2. this night AXN sy-fy and other Sky It channels experienced fist short term freezes and after a while it stopped to work at all. No ban email though.
