i have the above named receiver. some channels keeps disconnecting an scrambled channel sign appears on tv screen. i have a brand new router and tried absolutely everything to eliminate the fault, even reset the receiver. i can only assume there is a problem with one or both servers. help needed as i am breaking the rules. dont want to pay if its not my fault. only have one receiver. dont now whats going on.

In your signature, I see "original firmware (2013)". What does it mean? Does it mean that you never changed receiver's firmware since the day you bought it? If so, you need to change receiver firmware as soon as possible. By reading your previous messages on the forum, I see that every time you have one and the same issues. Don't you think that you have to maintain your receiver more properly?
Of course, when one does not know the reason for his issues, he will always blame on server, our side, etc.
To my mind, you had to find Open-box related forums long time ago and study them, especially material relative to your model.

hi. i have changed the frmware on it long time ago. if you see the time between the messages that can be measured in ages. it means i had no prblems since. advice was the question and not to receive bollocking.

I see the time between your messages, but I do not see that you updated your signature. It is still saying that you have original firmware.

If you have CCCam in your receiver, try it
In some Chinese models of Openbox (including your model), the only firmware is installed and exists at all.
In your receiver, there must be Cccam protocol. Check the billing and use Cccam.
If you fail this time too, check your connection to internet.
