All HD Movie & channel 5 HD not working since server shift over

Has anybody else had thier movie hd channels & channel 5 hd channels go missing sine they changed to the new server. I have done a full rescan but all movie had channels show no signal message.
Can anybody help please.

No signal means : no channels
you can try ADD manually each transpondors as there are some changes on SKY Cinema channels .
To add manually : 28.2°E  Astra  12168.00 V  29500
