SkyBox F3 ISSUE!

I am new here and just done my first SkyBox F3 however after watching 10 seconds of any pay channel a screen comes up saying Scrambled? I checked the ccam manager and it says I offline? (Also I purchased the subscription yesterday and it has long past 6am in Moscow)
