Reseller account

Just brought an other account as reseller, but still haven't recived the keys like i received for original subsciption.
Wanted to know if i need to make the key or will that be sent by you?

sorry not the key, setting i mean.
I have main account and became reseller. I have added a user and brought one more subscription yesterday. Just wanted to know the how will i receive the setting for the user i added in the reseller account?

Hi, enter the billing system and from the menu to the left select Enter as reseller. You will see all your clients.

Maybe i am unable to explain properly:
When i subscribed i had setting in my subscription like these:
CWS = serv2 2***2 user name password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

but i can't see for the user i have added under the reseller section & user i have added:
Shall i just change the user name and password to the one i have created:

1. When you enter the billing, you see menu to the left.
2. Enter (log-in as reseller)
3. You see 2 options: register user and attach user. Have you registered the user you are talking about from that menu? Or you have registered him via main menu of the forum and billing?
4. You have to know user's name (login) and password.
5. Attach him to your reseller cabinet.
6. See subscription(s) - all details shall be provided there.

P.S. Finally, if you cannot see the subscription details of your user, detach him from your reseller account, logon using HIS login-password and see the details. Then, don't forget to attach him again to your account.

Hi,
I am reseller now but how to be reseller if I can not connect to servers. I use dm500s mgcamd 1.35 and I do not know why I can not connect with. When I use cccam 2.1.4 it is ok but sky uk sport 2 not working and same indians channels. I haave bought few lines but I can not test it. Last time I got error that my ip is blocked because probably i tried different emulators. I am not happy. I must test different emulators to test it.

Hi, try using mgcamd 1.31 with DM500s
P.S. Indian channels are not currently working.

Thanks Suma for reply. Now is ok, sky uk working very fine, mgcamd_1.35. I need india channel but it is not important. Another problem is that cslink channels not working properly. Some channels work some not. For example: HBO and HBO 2 works but HBO comedy not. Usually HD channels do not work. This gay call me everyday and I am very sad. Sky uk all right but he is from Czech Republic so his channels are very important. Can you tell me where I can find mgcamd_1..35 for Nemesis2-3-dm800-e2-SVN(090)-ramiMAHER.nfi image. I have tried many mgcamd from internet but no one was compatible with this image. Thanks, mackey22

Maybe it will help you. Not necessary to install mgcamd 1.35. If your firmware supports mgcamd in general, try various versions starting from 1.31. Also, try Domica image (complete your signature pls, cause i don't know what is your model of receiver etc)

Question to Suma. When ViewAsia + ZeeTV 28E will work because I will lose one user if not? Another people are interested sky uk but only if  ViewAsia + ZeeTV will be work.
