No violations of server rules detected.

Hi,
Have you checked your ignore-priority lists? Are you sure that CAID 0D97 is not available in ignore.list or other emulator folders?

Which channel are you trying to open or the whole package doesn't work for you?
I ask this because all other UPC subscribers keep silent.

I'm trying different CS and is working well.
I had no problem with your CS few years.
It started this morning.

Problem solved.
It was google DNS 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 in my router.
Now everything works fine.
