If you have 2 subscriptions - are your login-password different for each subscription or they are the same?

when I turn on the second receiver / pay two bills / and the two do not go concurrently.Only work each separately.Before Friday's collapse, everything worked OK.Now can not use two receivers both paid concurrently.What do with it?It is an annoying problem.I use the HD BOX 9105+, newcmd525.
