Hi,

at the moment i have VIP All Ultra until 07.04.18
Now i want to buy VIP Germany, but i can't. It says; "you can not subscribe to this package, because you subscribed to VIP ALL package."

How can i change to VIP Germany and buy another subscription for 3 month at this time?

07.04.2018 is already TOMORROW.
At the moment, you can watch Vip Germany within Vip All Ultra, it is included.
As soon as your Vip Ultra is finished, you will buy a new subscription.
If you don't want to wait until tomorrow, you may freeze your current subscription and buy a new one.

Hi,

thanks for your fast answer.
I freeze the actually subscription, but i can't buy another subscrition.
After this i resume this subscrition an hope i can buy another subscription on 07.04.18.
