Sky sports 1 stopping every 30 seconds only seems to be during live games . I am a reseller and getting many complaints for this reason. Been using this server for many years with no problems. Am on correct sky uk frequency

Using avatar 2 gi box with new camd

Please help not just say no problem your end.

All other channels are ok

I am also having the same problem.

Sky Sport 1 breaking up every 30 seconds or so, have checked that i am on the right SID 4214.

Have re booted box and router.

I have also tried the backup server and get the same result.

Other Sky channels I have looked at all appear to be working.

Sky Sports 2 is working its just the football.

I am using a Spider Box 9000 on the East Coat of the UK.

Those users who cannot open any sport channel at all are requested to scan and select the right Sports channel, which is not Irish one or in pubs one.
Only these channels:

Sky Sports 3 UK 12110H SID 4219
Sky Sports 4 UK 12148H SID 5401
Sky Sports 5 UK 11914H SID 1303
are working. All the remaining Sports channels are disabled.

As far as I know, there is NO channel skysports2 worldcup cricket. They renamed it to SKY SPORTS WORLD CUP. We'll check

Rescan transponder freq 12207 mhz vertical FEC 2/3 - Symbrate 27500 and use service ID 4222

Does not matter, since Irish channels are not 100% guaranteed ( they come as a free bonus). Nobody will care if some important shows suddenly stop decoding, or do not run at all...

I don't think that because the channel was renamed, it stopped working.
Can anybody else prove or disapprove this?

Are you sure you have selected the right channel because its transmitted also with another channel-id on the same transponder, but SID 4222(107E) is decoded

thanks for your Information. But some how I am not able to connect the channel. See my screen shot with Parameters.

In this channel information i can not find the following PID infos.

PMT PID = N/V
TXT PID = N/V

I also don't know how to edit it. As you can see in 2nd screen Shot

Thanks Suma, I've checked my dish settings as well. I get for all the SS1, SS3, SS4 and Sky Spts Ashes over 45 %. All Other channels are working fine. Don't know how to solve this issue.

It turns out I was using old config connection settings. Although most channels still worked there was a few e.g. SS1,2,3 which didn't.

Updated my connection settings from the subscription page and all is ok now.

I check subscriptions at 2 receivers (Skybox v5s and openbox v8s) and at both I don't have Sky Sport 1. What happen? I can get refund for subscription if channel not back anymore... I test quality of service only with test channel and Sky Sport 1 is most important channel for me... I know it's not problem with receiver because I tested Sky Package from different source and work well...
