Hi Guys,
I just registered and I thought I added "dual login" settings to my profile. After payment for VIP subscription I had to realize that it is not what happened.
Im not on "dual login" settings and as it is grayed out I can no longer change it.
I read here on the forum that I have to send a request to moderator (at) cardsharing.cc and they can cancel my subscription, refund the money so I can pay again using "dual login" settings with my next purchase.
I emailed them but no answer. How can I reach them to resolve this issue?
There is no contact info at all to ask anyone for help.

If you sent e-mail on the week-end, sure, you will not get an immediate answer. Moderator is not robot or 24-hour/day machine.
Contacts? From our forum, you have to see that there are only 3 admins (suma, xtruex and Alexander), all having ICQ (live messengers). If you don't pay attention to the admins' signatures, well, what can I do? Forum is more for you than for me.

I asked contact of "cardsharingserver.com" and not of this forum. I asked if the main website has other contact details apart from the email in the footer of the website and I was not asking about contact forum moderators. Im not sure why the web programmer couldn't add a simple ticket system or contact form to the main website. It is rather hidden in the footer.
It wasn't me to give the "moderator (at) cardsharing.cc" email address to your footer. I never asked here for moderators. I only referred to your email address.
Thanks for your answer but I need help with the dual login. You answered but no-one else from the "moderator" email address lets me assuming that forum moderators have no access to that email address. If they had then you could have replied my email.
I didn't expect that I have to find here all forum moderators and read their signature if I want to change the "dual login" settings. It still doesn't answer my question and I can't see any logic in it.
I don't think I was rude. I only asked if there is other contact for the main website. Chat system or any other that I may have missed. Im not sure why I had to get a rather sarcastic answer.

If you contact legal company (service), you would have seen everything- telephone numbers, even postal address. You have to understand what kind of service you are going to contact. So, all contact details are provided on the forum, not in the billing
