Trying to pay from Germany using German VISA card since yesterday. It used to work for me all the time. Now I get this:

"Извините. Произошла ошибка
Превышен лимит"

OnPay does not work neither...

Any help?

Most probably, your sub-network is in the black-list (that is why you don't see SecurePays). I will ask Moderator (though, he is on vacations) to check your IP.
Also, check if you use VPN or proxy. If so, disable them.

Primary merchant for Visa/MasterCard (via SecurePays merchant)
We checked your IP, everything is OK, no ban. The very first option of the billing is SP
Disable any proxy or VPN, if any

The first one is webmoney, and the interkassa, onpay and bitcoin!
I have no VPN, or proxy.
What is going on?

Why are you opening the billing in Russian?
webmoney, and the interkassa, onpay and bitcoin are in the Russian billing.
Change languages, SP is in the English billing.
