You have purchased 3-day trial for your client to check if everything is OK.
Then, you purchased 1 month subscription.
You were not attentive in the billing when purchasing the subscription. When you selected your subscription, subscription start date is in the left bottom corner. Typically, it is the next day after today's date. Below the start date, there is a warning:
Before clicking "PURCHASE" button please be sure one more time that the right protocol and subscription dates have been selected correctly!Probably, you did not read this warning message and clicked "Purchase". After you clicked the button, a pop-up message appears
Did you followed everything that is written there?
It can't be so that after 1 day of successful subscription, dates have changed by themselves.
In your case, you need to address your issue to the Moderator and explain him your situation.
