It is stated in your signature that you have Oscam in your receiver. But, according to the server data, you are connecting the server using unknown client (emulator). Check which emulator is used in your receiver. Delete all unknown emulators and use Oscam.

I have the same. Since few days all channels constantly freezing for a sec or two. My friend have the same issue and he is on different server so must be global issues with cc.:/

Hi,
I also observe it the next day, freezing on NC+, Polsat....  very long ECM times of 3,000 ms and more,
compared to SKY De which works perfectly. 
Observed on two accounts: jkmusic, jkmusicM (both accounts are VIP All)

It's not an emulator problem in my receiver, but your server. Only one channel works with CAID 1861 - Eleven Sports 1 4K.

I'm sorry my mistake. Out of the entire # Polsat Cyfrowy HD package, only 27 channels work properly.
