Sky UK + ViewAsia + Zee Package - NO Zee TV

Hi

This is my first post here. I've tried to add as much info as I can on the signature section (a guy sold me the box so I don't know about certain things).

My problem is that certain channels such as ZEE and Sony MAX (View Asia) aren't working, even though they're part of the package.

In addition, can someone provide me latest channel list file (TP_PROG.DBS)? Right now, there are too many duplicate and too many channels which aren't part of my package included in the channel list!

One more question I have is that:

Pretty much all other channels than those two mentioned above are working fine on my box. I have added CCCam.cfg details to box.

Today, while navigating thru box menu (OPEN BOX S11 HD) I noticed that there's a section where I can also add MGCamd details (newcamd.list file). Would adding NewCamd.list in addition to CCCam.cfg help in anyway? or even would it harm in anyway? Like can it get account banned for using two configs with one box?

Hello,
1. Try to delete all channels and rescan satellite. We do not recommend using ready-made channel lists from other users. Who knows their geographical position etc?
2. If you have mgcamd option, better use it. It is impossible to use both emulators- mgcamd and cccam - because emulator (1) will address to the only config file it understands (for mgcamd - newcamd.list and mg_cfg, for cccam - its own).
Please read the forum (at least FAQ) and try to understand what is what.

I will try it. Just to double check, I've got openbox S11 HD, deleting / rescanning channels won't screw up the box?
And in the menu I've got option for both CCcam and MgCAMD, I've things working fine with only CCCam details. If I leave them like they're and also add MgCamd details thru that file, will it be fine?

I have no idea whether it is possible to delete all the previosuly scanned channels while making new scan in your receiver or not. This is your receiver and you have to know it better (otherwise, consult support forum of your model). In the Dreamboxes, there is an option when you make a new scan, all the available channels are erased. This is done to not duplicate the existing channels.

And in the menu I've got option for both CCcam and MgCAMD, I've things working fine with only CCCam details. If I leave them like they're and also add MgCamd details thru that file, will it be fine?

You may have as many options in the menu, as many emulators (mgcamd, cccam, etc) are available. Please be noted that for sharing, only one emulator shall be used. Read the rules of sharing and understand that if you use, say, Cccam emulator, all other emulators and settings (config files) shall be deleted. Don't "collect" all settings for all emulators in your receiver.

And what about Zee TV and couple of other ViewAsia channels which aren't working? Zee TV is quiet important, hopefully it can be fixed!

Which particular channels are not working for you?
What is meant by a "couple of other channels" ?
If you do not know the rules, FYI, log-file is needed or, at least, confirmation from other users that some particular channels are not working.
We are not going to fix "couple of other channels" until you support your words with log-file.

okay two channels that I remember off the top of my head are:

Zee TV and Sony Max

Can you guide me on how to get log file?

Thanks suma for your help. I've deleted all the channels and rescanned them. It's all working fine. I've not added MgCamd details as channels are working with fine my current CCcam settings so I've left things as they were.

hi I have just paid a years subs for sky 28 e inc irish setanta etc for 5$ per month but I am not receiving them what im getting is sky without the irish mutv etc so I may as well have paid for the cheaper package how do you contact the moderator
