Tutorial for LiqPay missing?

In previous I always used Upay to pay my subscriptions. But now it is not working. So I want to pay by LiqPay, bud I cannot get them to send SMS to verify my card...
Unfortunatelly link to forum where is tutorial is dead...
Is there any tutorial how to do it?

Must work. Read what is written in the billing after you click "Deposit" button. Also, click to the link to verify your CC - you will be forwarded to the tutorial.
