Hi,

Could you please have a look why there is no reception of Travel Channel HD - HotBird 11508 V?
Other channels from the transponder have picture.
The  travel channel is transmitted but there is no picture.

I have checked with 2 different installations and 3 tuners with 3 different subs.

Package VIP Poland, cccam.

Cryptobox.

Hi Suma,

I have Cryptobox 650, 600 and 700.

Checked on all 3 tuners with 3 different credentials, and 2 separate installations - no sound or picture for travel channel hd.

Did you try to rescan satellite? Maybe the channel changed frequency?

I have rescanned frequency. I have checked on kingofsat.net if there has been any change, but it does not work. Still. Thanks.

Information on Travel Channel HD is as follows:
Our NC+ cards are not decoding the channel. It means that you cannot watch the channel within NC+ subscription.
On the other hand, Travel Channel HD is decoded by Polsat cards. So, you can watch the channel either within Polsat package or any VIP package containing Polsat subscription.
Check your settings and be sure that Polsat port is present in your list of ports. Enter www.cardsharingserver.com, My subscription, and check the listing within your subscription.

I have changed from cccam on Cryptobox and moved to mgcamd with entering each single port but either so I have VIP Poland it does not work on Travel Channel HD. It looks that it does not decode.

We need log-file to analyze. Stand on Travel Channel HD and take the log-file.
P.S. You have 2 emulators running at the same time
 - CCcam 2.3.0 - 5 connections
- vdr-sc - 16 connections

Disable 1 emulator, and use the only emulator.

Channel: Travel Channel Polska (cyfra)
SID: 3DD8 (15832d)
CAID@IDENT: 1884@000000
to port: XXX15
Date: 2020-03-20, 07:38:20

You are connecting the wrong provider (Cyfra= NC+)
You need Polsat.

Check and compare your settings with those provided in the billing:
For VIP Poland, Travel Channel HD has the following parameters:

# Polsat Cyfrowy HD
Port:XX211 - 1861&000000,007001,007101

You are connecting to CAID@IDENT: 1884@000000
Feel the difference?
