problem with subscription

Hi,
have been trying to renew my subscription to Sky Uk
purchased some funds to load my account, then transferred the $28 to Cardshare, but when i try to purchase a subscription it tells me i have no money in the account  ???
could you please take a look and hopefully sort it out for me

Are you sure that your balance is not empty? Did you see that your balance is now 28$?

when i try to purchase a subscription it tells me i have no money in the account  ???

hi, i did purchase credit of $28
21.08.2016   10:49:42   -28.00 USD   1.16 USD   29.16 USD   Internal   Transfering $28 to account mr
and then clicked "transfer money" but when i checked my subscription it says no subscription purchased.
i think i made an error, i should have gone to purchase subscription first,  when i now try to purchase a subscription it says i do not have any credit !!!

I will ask my question again - are you sure that your balance is not empty?
It must be clearly seen in the billing, I provided you with the link "Billing in pictures" where the user can monitor the status of his balance.



Have you checked your balance before purchasing new subscription?
I don't care what and when you transferred (moreover, it is stated in your comment below that this is internal transfer - what kind of internal transfer is this?
You stated that you did purchase a credit of 28$. How did you purchased the credit?
For your information: we do not sell any credits here.
I asked you provide details of your payment, but I still do not see any details re: our billing system.
You stated that you transferred 28$ to Cardshare. Which Cardshare it was? What is the web-address of that Cardshare? Are you sure that this is OUR Cardshare?
So many questions, and actually no answers...

yes, i am sure by balance is only $1.66

after i purchased $28 in error i clicked on "Transfer money " and the money went, to where i don't know ????

Finally, I can see that you transferred money to nowhere... Well, you need to contact Moderator (his e-mail is moderator at cardsharing.cc) and explain your situation providing this extract from your transactions history. I think, Moderator will be available tomorrow and he will fix your problem.
