Hi.
My subsrciption finished on 5th of July. I have add funds on 5th of July late afternoon and bought new straight away.On Saturday 6th of July channels didn't work. What I did wrong? Shows me on account that new subscription is till 3th of September.

On my account got something like this:
-For today, no one connection to the main server with login ARTURSKEM detected.
How I can sort it and be detected?

ARTURSKEM and arturskem are different logins. Case sensitive. Copy and paste all settings from billing to your emulator, restart emulator and try again.

Hi.
I realised I had loged in with capitol letters ARTURSKEM and I created new account. After I loged on with small letters arturskem I could work on my old account and add new funds, pay for subscription and watch tv again.
One more question: is there a chance to get back them 12 pounds funds what I paid for two months on my second mistake account? I didn't use it yet even.
