VIP Poland - problem on all servers

I confirm that the problem is only with a package of NC +. If the package NC + is turned off, turned on Polsat everything is OK.

I have a tip for Moderator. I checked on other cs server, there is no ecm limit on 0B01 Caid, so maybe you can use it instead of 0100?

The same problem with vip poland for las couple of days - 4 different subscriptions all making problems ...Not good at all.

I have the same problem. Channels are freezing since Wednesday/Thursday.... There is no chance to watch something for more than 15min... I am your subscriber more than one year and I have this situation first time... I am sure that it is not my box or broadband  fault...

Maciek , same story with couple of my boxes and I have vip all and from this evening all polish chnnels gone . Friends with vip Poland keep complainig to me for last couple of days- it definitelly not your box.

Same here. Both primary and backup servers seem to be down.

I believe - guys will fix this ASAP -I think this is happend when multi server lines were created after ddos attack .. I may be wrong but all was working ok couple days ago. Time to bed anyway :)

I have the same problem lads.All Vip Poland doesn`t work,Just few music channels left ;) I hope will be fixed soon.

Nobody of you provided log-file, nobody of you checked ping and route to the server you use at the moment of so-called freezes. How can we check it? Only 5-6 persons have claimed of the total number of subscribers to Vip Poland. Doesn't it seem strange?

I am standing on FilmBox Hd for already 2 hours and see NO freezes (Vip Poland).
Maybe, in the evening, you experience some internet problems?
However, without log-files and checking ping, trace, route, it is not possible to determine where is the problem.

Hi Suma. Sorry but not all polish know english or russian language. I am sure that more people will complain soon. Is 6 not happy customers from different cities/countries not enough for you ? I did not notice problems like this since ages. Definitely something has been changed.

Guys, is there any chance to provide a log file ? I am not able to do it at the moment...

It seems that everything is OK now but believe me, we do not write here about problems that do not exist. I am with you for a long time and did not invent artificial problems. OK we did not give the logo but the problem was. Maybe the daily server restart arranged the matter.

And one more thing. Writing here represent fifteen of my users, so it is not a problem unit. And my users call me if something does not work. Believe me, we can diagnose whether this is a problem with the internet, or from your side.

Hi Suma , I represent 8 people including me all in different parts of Ireland , Talk talk , sky, BT and virgin providers . 5 including me comlpained I know for a fakt they never do but when I asked them how is it working they started complain. This is not coincident this is serious. Unfortunately all of my users odnt know at all about pings , tracerts and logs so they cant provide  any of this asspecialy they use Openbox f5 boxes and this boxes does not have this functionality to take a log from them. My box is even worse its old openbox s10 and I cant provide a log either. Today I got first feedback and 2 poeples has confirmed -its working  so far..

Hi.I can also confirm that my 2 friends had the same problem like we yesterday.I think that the problem exist.We have to wait until the evening because then  its the worst.

since two days everything is freezing and loosing connection. Now servers can not be changed...
