Hello,
I signed up yesterday with a yearly subscription. I'm mainly interested in HD+ and Sky Deutschland, so I signed up for the VIP Germany package.
HD+ channels (such as ProSieben HD) are working fine. When I try any Sky channel, the screen stays black.
I tried to contact already moderator AT cardsharing.cc but I got a vacation message back that I shall write after November 22nd (even that now is December 21st? ;))
Do you have problems with Sky Deutschland? Or does my cam module need some special setup for Sky?
I'm using a Dreambox DM500HD with a fresh installed Newnigma 4.0.11 which came with CCcam. I copied the recommended settings by you inside the /etc/CCcam.cfg file.
I plan to puchase a second yearly subscription for my second receiver but that Sky Deutschland isn't working is not what I expected (don't know if its my sides problem or your, but as HD+ is working I currently guess it might be a problem on your side, that's because I reach out to your support now)

I have one other question, I hope you could assist me with. I tried to google for it but couldn't find much yet.
As I know Enigma has the "alternative service" feature. What I wish to do is:
Add for example "ProSieben HD" which is encrypted to the bouquet and add "ProSieben" as alternative service.
When there is a problem with the Internet connection and the cam can't get a key, so decrypting doesn't work, fallback to the alternative service. I know that this is generally used for switching between T/C/S etc. But is there a possibility to use this as I described?

I just want to confirm that I removed CCcam from my DM and installed mgcamd with your recommended config files from:

I see now a violation of rules: "Connections using different emulators detected. Be sure that your login and password are used for the only receiver. Also be sure that your receiver runs the only emulator. In case that several emulators are installed, only one of the emulators to have status "Running" with the run type "Auto"!"
I believe it comes because short before mgcamd the CCcam was running. But before starting mgcamd I completely removed CCcam.
Can this be safely ignored and it is only a warning because of the previous emu (that has been removed already)?
Sky Deutschland is working now with mgcamd1.38 at me.

Hi, after each operation, made with receiver, you have to reboot image or receiver. Did you do that or you just removed one emu and installed the other?

the following steps I performed:
1. Uninstalled CCcam (still running im memory even that it's uninstalled)
2. Installed mgcamd (not running, not started and not configured)
3. Confirmed that all CCcam stuff is removed from the image
4. Reboot the box
5. Configured mgcamd and set auto starting
6. Started mgcamd
7. Rebootet again to test all is working automatic
So all should be fine and NOT 2 emu's running (I confirmed by verifying the running processes).
I believe your system reports this because today 2 different emu's connected (not simultaneously but generally during the same day).

To get the key from alternative servie, we need to know- where from to get them. As we have only official card, the keys are taken from it.

Is there a possibility to make a "fail over"? In case keys are not working (internet problem) that the box is using the FTA channel.
